Encephalo Investments is currently accepting expressions of interest from accredited investors, qualified purchasers, and family offices for the firm’s next acquisition vehicle. The vehicle is structured around the three-track platform described elsewhere on this site, with a focus on market-rate multifamily in the inner Twin Cities ring and PACE-capable industrial acquisitions across the metro.
A full data room is available on request to qualified investors. The data room includes the vehicle’s formation documents, historical portfolio performance at the asset level, a consolidated view of the firm’s current financial position, and the operating documentation for Cortex Property Management and ACC.
